I got a mail this morning, that my membership is cancelled.
I did not cancel anything and I did not want it be cancelled.
My credit card is working, I tried out (accidentially bought 120 tkts).
So please can I get my membership back?
I had the old membership with free tickets.

just happened to me as well, very concerned because I was on the old plan with free tkts. hoping to hear back from support
