Download speed

Speeds have been good for a while now for me anyway, so first off, thanks for that.

All over the map tonight, Just trying to download 2 4k videos, one of them not new. Sometimes they start off fine, and then tank around halfway done, until they fail to download at some point or say they finish but end up being corrupted files somehow in the download.

US, East Coast. SZ2279 and SZ2372 start off fine or ok, SZ2279 started off at 30 Mb/s before getting to 5.5 gb and plummeting to 3.5. What Is Causing this unpredictable download speed. It Shouldn't change, it should be stable, BUT its not. WHY. I like my fast internet Connection, I would like to be able to use it please
