Account blocked for more than a month, please help me

Hello, i submitted several tickets to support, but unfortunately no one could help me until now. My username is jojoso1904. Because my account was hacked in the past, you blocked my account. In the last mail you told me, that my account should be unblocked now. When i try to log in i am asked to use Google Authentificator App or SMS. I have not registered either option to this site and i dont know why my account is still blocked and why i have no opportunity to log in. Can someone help me please?
