If that is a current video you are referencing, people on appropriate medications can have their viral load down to being "undetectable" and they can pass HIV tests. In fact, an undetectable person can not transmit the virus.

Unfortunately this gives a lot of HIV positive people a false sense of security when engaging in bareback sex (or for an HIV negative person to be with a positive person who is "undetectable). The reason is a lot of things can mess with the viral load. Such as drinking too much one night, or forgetting to take a round of meds because you rushed out for dinner on a Friday night and forgot them at home and don't get back on them until late at night. There is still risk even if the person is on their meds and all is well.

So yeah, Nacho has HIV. Great for him if he is currently undetectable and he can have a fairly long life (although his smoking and drug use is probably going to get him first!).

I am aware. I was speaking from the perspective of the US industry that uses a test that will show you as undetectable if your viral load is down. I have seen controversial discussions about this because the test you refer to GG, they don't want because it would expose a lot of HIV positive performers who work in the US industry right now (nobody knows because they "pass" the regular test).
