I could not agree more, pastaga. Not only that 99% of the scenes are shot in white studio on white sofa, the scenes themselves are all similar, interchangeable and not special or unique. Lately I´m getting more and more the impression to see always the same scene, just with a different model. Maybe we are a bit too critical. But that´s only because we know from the past that Giorgio can do much better with more ideas.
In the General Discussion Forum there is a thread "LP today vs 2016":
viewtopic.php?f=96&t=19620Some users complain about the lack of new faces because of bad or no scouting. Giorgio replied that scouting indeed is a problem nowadays and that new models are always a risk because of bad sales. Maybe the "uniformity" of the scenes is the significant reason why scenes with new models mostly sell not good. Why should someone buy a scene with an unknown model introducing her with rather soft action, when he can buy "the same scene" with a well-known and already popular model including rough action...
No matter if a new unknown girl or a famous US pornstar, the model should be better presented. At the moment it is more some kind of assembly line production with the motto "Welcome to my white studio, put this lingerie on, lie on the white sofa and get fucked". No tension is built up, no fantasy is created. A good counterexample: The cumback scene of Bonnie Rotten for Brazzers. There´s a five minute (or even longer) intro making your balls explode even before the real fuck action starts. Okay, I admit when a superstar like Bonnie Rotten comes out of retirement this is a very special case and can not be transferred to every Giorgio scene ... but I hope you understand my point. And not to be misunderstood: I´m not just talking about better intros for scenes, no it is meant more generally in terms of glorifying a model, making her something special, creating a story about her, not being just anorher model fucked in the white studio.
Just a small thing as an example how to develop a connection to a model: For me personally it is exciting, especially with a new girl (but also with an already popular girl), to learn more about her. Some private things, how she thinks, what she likes, why she´s in the porn biz and so on. And I´m not thinking of these shitty 30 minutes or more interviews with always the same questions like this fucking retard Pierre Woodman does. No, it surely can be done more creative, more smart, more subtle - before, after or even during the scene. The girl arriving fully clothed in the studio, trying and putting on different outfits, having a talk with stuff members, the male models or Giorgio himself, making a photo shoot and many other possible things. I really don´t know, why Giorgio doesn´t integrate stuff like that in the scenes or at least in backstage footage. But BTS is dead since a year or so. Why? I´m pretty sure, this could be only one option to built up a connection and a fanbase for a new girl and thus increase sales.
But there are so many other ways to make scenes - and models - more unique. As an example I repeat myself from other threads: The "Clockwork Gang" series was something very special.
Although I am slowly losing hope, I still rely on Giorgio to rediscover his passion and creativity for shooting more unique scenes.
