First of all from what I have heard maximum 3 hours is not correct. Second I don't know how much you think a bartender makes in medellin but if it's $3 per hour you are way off. However given that I read your other thread where you discussed desiring to open you own studio, you won't be able to pay local prices for many reasons. Also you mentioned Peru and I recall someone telling me that they are far more regionalist than even the paisa medellin region in colombia (aka they are extremely hostile to outsiders).
These girls are being paid peanuts for some of the most extreme type of scenes, however you will never be able to pay those prices. For my part I pay what I think is a fair wage, and even prices that would be fair in Europe given that I am a small studio and the type of scenes that I produce there is some hesitancy to do. Colombians are not as sexually open as some of the talent in the USA and Europe contrary to conventional wisdom. For example I have had some girls turn down offers of over 2500 USD which is multiples of anything anyone else is paying here.
However they seem more willing to do these degrading triple anal black gangbangs with fisting and things of that nature for dirt cheap. Personally I think those scenes should be paying higher based on many reasons but in colombia they view puke/rough as much more extreme and many won't do it for any price.
