how do i cancel when i signed up using paypal?

I joined this site in may and after may i havent purchaed anything but in checked and see i have no tickets. I thought i should have accumulated a lot over the last several months. why is the site asking for my credit card info to cancel? I used paypal to sign up. How can my account be cancelled immeditely?
