I always figured it must be Angelo's personal preference. Hardly anyone seems to be commenting favourably on the sock thing in the forum either, but I can't fathom why he would keep it in there if it really had a negative impact on sales. I still think it's much worse if the torso I'd covered through the whole scene, but I reckon a considerable demographic of people actually likes seeing this type of clothing. I only wish there was a more equal representation of all preferences, for example every third scene could be fully nude as you have suggested elsewhere.
