This is LP! You seriously don't expect them to actually explain the reasoning behind their commercial decision to paying customers, do you?
In the past, they've also dropped production of creme or gapefart films without explanation.
It's standard business practice for LP, and tells you what they actually think of their customers.

OK, if a director doesn't want to shoot wet, then it's better that he shoots something else that he loves. His scenes will be better that way.

Maybe Giorgio doesn't like to clean up his studio afterwards.

I was thinking that with a new director i.e. Proxy, and with some girls who love to get wet e.g. Maddy, it would be a good opportunity for someone to carry this genre forward. Maybe girl on girl to start with.
