I don't think he could Blue. I think he obtained many of his "initiations" under circumstances that could today cost him big time without those models (who are now married and many light years away from their old lives) saying in writing that he can use the footage. Woodman would have you believe that it's just a hobby for him but it's much, much deeper than that.
