Has this increased sales? I've noticed a lot more of them recently, and am curious if they do anything other than clutter the site.

I don't know but I stopped following RPSN because it is so annoying, and the same thing with Anal Teens, they only do reposts.

Block the studio. Any studio that does this deserves to go out of business.

This thread need a lot attention. If all would ignore and block these studios, they would stop doing this shit...

It is counterproductive. Even if one of these studios produced a new amazing Gangbang I would be reluctant to buy the scene because I would be sure if it was old or not.
A couple of times I’ve hovered over a scene about to buy it and then realise I already own a scene.
RSPN & N&F in particular.
The profitability of this site is hanging in the balance I feel a Soviet Union collapse imminent.
90% spam and the good stuff ridiculously priced (15 tickets for a scene that was 3 tickets a few years ago)
