I'd say that the big problem with pussy-sex in an anal scene is that this requires the viewer to switch quickly from being in the anal-mood to being in the pussy-mood, and then back to the anal-mood.

Such mood-swinging is mentally unhealthy, and it doesn't work well for many viewers, including myself.

Once the hot lady teases you with her nice ass at the start of the scene, then she puts you into the anal mood with her. And this means that the rest of the film should be ass and anal for her, unless it's a DP and there is still plenty of anal to see.
