I missed the beginning of this tournament, is there any concept behind these 16 polls? Because now I can't see why there is only 32 girls, and by what criteria were they selected. Looks total random to me.

This was randomly generated as not to be biased to anyone and if you're strong enough you'll win whoever you meet. So every round we will have strong match-ups not only the final stages
