A king of clubs.
It's a reference to the king card from playing cards, where the kings, queens and jacks are, traditionally, representented by twos, being upside down one in relation to another, virtually "touching" themselves with the bottom of their bodies, just like male talents in this sexual position.
In Gonzo studio the guys tried to change it to "Scissors"
