I'm not sure we can point to porn being the main issue per se (reports I've read suggest she had largely stopped shooting by the time she was having issues), though having vast amount of disposable income isn't going to help anyone with a ketamine addiction.
According to reports, it looks like she's permanently disabled with irreversible brain damage and 'locked-in' syndrome where she's paralysed apart from her eyes - one of those ghastly outcomes where it sounds like it would have been far kinder if she never survived the experience at all. I certainly wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
