I think most users would agree, it's annoying spam and pollutes the feed for new releases. From the studios' point of view, times are harder financially and they see this as a way of making extra money without having to produce any new content. At least GIO labels the scenes as "reload", so you know it's a re-release of an old scene. Some studios won't even do that, it's purely designed to scam people into buying the same scene twice, or the same footage cut together slightly differently. Like I said, it's annoying and I wish there was a way to filter the out, but unfortunately it's just a sign of the times.
