I'm convinced that what most people want to see here are scenes like on the "Tushy" page but in hardcore mode, since Tushy's porn is ultra boring because it's too soft.
And right now with everything that's happening there's practically no one covering that part of the market.
What I'm going to say is unreal, but it would be crazy for a new studio to bring Jia Lissa to do DP scenes (or with a lot of luck DAP) it would be an extremely large and risky investment but it would literally make that studio famous overnight.
Anyway that was just an example, I'm not saying that the girls should be famous, in fact I prefer that they aren't and that they are totally new models, I'm just saying that there are particular cases that deserve to be taken into account.

AV/PB had the best formula before.
Find talent that is incredibly beautiful but whom people don't know of - offer a contract - get them to produce eye-popping porn.
Your idea fell apart with, "Pay outrageous rates for somebody people have already seen do the act you're paying them to do."
OF has a literal boatload of Jia Lissa's. Who - aren't getting paid Jia Lissa rates.
Create a contract based system with them, based on performance metrics, that prevents an immediate pay-out on behalf of AV/PB (reducing the risk), but circumvents that appeal kill by promising more of the scene's on-going profit to the performer (making them more likely to try it out - as it replicates the model that attracted them to OF).
It wouldn't be hard to get the model to see AV/PB as an extension of their existing OF platform. That's where the smart money would be.
Not paying for somebody that's already outrageously expensive to do something they've already done before. Or to go one step higher.
I admit - it's not an altogether bad idea. The core of it is good. Get a Jia Lissa to shoot DAP on the site. That's really solid.
Paying them a ton of cash upfront isn't, however.

I mentioned Jia Lissa as an example of making a huge investment to become known around the world. Imagine that you open a new studio and your first scene is Jia Lissa's first DAP, literally, you're going to have thousands and thousands of people visiting the site to see what the studio is and they're going to be on the lookout for new scenes that come out. As I said, it's a very risky investment, but it serves as publicity to reach all parts of the world.

Your idea isnt bad.
Just that Tushy is a market I dont know at all.
AVLP studios with still some money to invest would have to find out what contracts Tushy girls usually get and than propose them a DAP fee higher than that. Could be up to 10k I'm afraid.
If they could catch 2-3 Tushy stars and they could release 1 DAP per month between unknown OF scouted DAP girls working for a 10-20 times cheaper base fee with a profit sharing plan that could work out in the end.
But sure not based on DP only.
At least in Europe porn users want DAPbreakin's or they skip even Jia Lissa!

PornWorld is already pretty close in terms of style to Tushy, and going by their trailers, Private have really been aping their style in recent years. Personally I'm fine with Tushy (I actually just subscribed again for the first time in years) - sure the action is quite as extreme, but there are enough hot girls to make it worthwhile, and it makes a nice palate cleanser between double anal/piss/puke/prolapse mayhem. I'd always be up for something harder in a similar style though.
One thing I will say for that whole stable of related studios (none of which I'm personally interested in, as they don't really focus on anal) - they have a very clear aesthetic style and branding which I think has added to their success. Compare that to the blizzard of random amateur crap that forms the majority of the Pornbox shopfront, and it's night and day. Marketing does help.

That style of porn is the last resource. Basically people will focus on the more hardcore sites first where girls struggle, and when there is nothing left because higher prices and studios closing they will default back to Porn World. But again that's the last resource, people will try to consume the more hardcore stuff first while it lasts before it's gone.
