I will sure never forget my discussions with Giorgio to convince him to try booking Nataly Gold for a real DAPbreakin' in 2015. Giorgio is 48 1/2 years now.
Somewhere he said he would have quite before his 50thh birthday anyway. It's understandable actually because running such an adult entertainment firm so close with all the performers and having all the financial responsibility for so many employees also means a lot of stress. Since Kira Virburn scenes shot about 1,5y ago we also know that as director he lost nerves on set. It's all a demanding job and it got much more stressful the bigger his company grew.

Luckily in technical terms Giorgio passed the knowledge of how to shoot his style on many years ago already by employing a support director. We'd have to wait what his plans and ambitions are.
Usually Giorgio just checked the styling of the girls without directing the scene himself anymore. If that person took over styling would gradually change but directing not. Numbers of scenes produced would go down almost certainly.
