Hello.

Without subscriptions I bought over 5000 videos. Now I log in again and I only have 4880 videos. Why do you delete my library bit by bit?
I don't even get my spend tickets back. I have bought the videos but you delete them without refunding me my tickets?
Whats going on here?

To be honest I don't even know which videos pornbox deleted from my library. If you bought 5000 scenes how should you know?
But I'm missing at least 140 scenes since I saw pornbox deletes scenes you bought. Before that I bought and bought. Maybe they even then deleted scenes I bought without me recognizing it.

I have a similar issue. I actually track my purchases in a spreadsheet, and I have contacted support about scenes purchased for specific models having gone missing, and they just ignore me. I was buying a lot of scenes before, then stopped because of this. No point buying content that can be removed without warning or refund. And support's response rate/time on queries is nothing short of atrocious.

I understand they're probably updating their DB and other backend systems, and trying to sort the mess of scenes that they have created by having few rules for uploaders. But, you can't make these changes blindly, and at no time should purchased data ever be deleted. Right now, I'm just waiting to finish installing enough drive space in my PC that I can download what I currently have in my library, and then decide what to do from there.

This content costs money. It's not their right to decide that something I paid for can be deleted without any warning. It's made me lost confidence in this website.

buy a big external hard drive and keep them downloaded and stored there too

if you have money to buy 5000 scenes, you have more than enough money to buy external hard drives too

Ive had this issue and the only reason i noticed was because the scene was discussed in another thread

To isis666xxx the point of pornbox and its main selling point is that they store your videos, not sure why you think its ok to pay for something and then not be refunded

As a business practice its nothing short of theft, i dont understand why any scenes purchased are not left with those that purchased them and then just removed from sale for those yet to purchase

Im pretty sure i will have lost other scenes but I know for certain i lost this scene Chelsy_Sun_Vera_Delight_SZ683 but I have to give credit to PB i was refunded, still i would have preferd to just still have access to the scene

This has come u before, and it's always going to be the case that nothing online is truly 'forever'. At some point - hopefully many years from now - the entire site could just vanish from the internet - these things happen. The only way you are guaranteed to own the scenes you've bought is to download them to your own harddrive, and not rely on them just remaining online forever.

you can ask Kapwn and he will refund you the tickets i think

although i think you have to know which scene you are missing, if you dont then i think you wont be able to get refund???

if you download it you can safely have it forever

No kidding. I have 3 external drives for my 2,000 scenes. I always download a scene when I buy it. With how buggy this site can be, you have to download scenes. Seems like if you go to "Support" section of the forum, Kapwn will answer queries about deleted scenes. I was never into the John Thompson GGG studio, but I know people who bought those scenes were refunded when they complained about them being no longer available in their accounts.

The way this site handles this is truly an enigma. Sometimes scenes just vanish from the store so they can't be bought anymore, while in other instances they will also get removed from the user's library at the same time. Then there are the cases when scenes get removed and then come back a few months later all of a sudden, as happened with Katrina Colt's second scene a while ago.

I personally don't bother keeping track of my library at this point since it's all such a mess anyway and have thus grudgingly come to accept these as collateral losses.

Just realized I lost at least 2 dozens of filmy from my Pornbox Library!
It's very annoying and not creating trust at all!
