Heya guys, sorry to bothering you with non really important question, well for me is. I just wanted to ask something, I have troubles with forum, it's always under construction or something. So I basically never can add any comment, hopefully this time, really pist off.. however, so this is why I had to direct message to the studio which I did to the studio I like.
I've tried to message to Erika Korti Studio, but three days no respond which is rude in my opinion, as I enjoyed scene with Eva Tender and huge dildos, so basically I wanted to see another models with the same type of movies, and I said I will buy all of these type of movies, then I add some of my request.
Is it really hard to give any feedback to the customers ? For example I don't really have much scenes, probably twentysix.
If they give me any feedback then I'd buy more, but how can I recharge any tokens if no feedback ? There was only one studio got back me that was Giorgio which is appreciated, but only once he responds that's it, I've tried couple of more times. I don't know is it something that you have to have something on your balance, how amount do you have to have, anyone knows? Please thanks if you know.

I agree that feedback creates loyalty.
But first maybe you know that EKS has other problems with supposed re-settling after troubles with authorities and forced closer of studio in Russia.
GIO in turn for sure gets thousands of chat messages and just cant answer all.

As far as I know chat function as such depends on how many scenes you bought, but whether studio answers or not isnt linked to any number of scenes you own, rather your kind of question maybe.
