Why are porn newcomers rated more harshly than old hands?

A bit exaggerated, but I think you understand what I'm getting at:
a) A newcomer is making a scene with bad camerawork and a bit of a half-baked POV. Many people are like:
"What is he thinking, feeding us such crap?"
b) If somebody like Rocco or Angela White is making the the same scene, many people are like:
"Oh wow, we couldn't see much, but we could at least see Rocco's left leg and Angela's right finger. We should pay $50 for that!"
Shouldn't it be exactly the other way around? Those who know how to do it should be assessed more strictly than the newcomers who still need to gain experience.
