Seems like a strange decision. I know we get some nasty trolls but most of the people who post on here are good.

Perhaps, it is a temporary strategy to cut out the naysayers and the trolls. I agree, most of the people here are good, and post positive comments.

Do you know who used such a strategy - ADT. Do you know who has been dead for years - ADT. A discussion forum that is made entirely for fanboys and only allows praise and worship is doomed to die in terms of content.

Hope it's temporary only.
That move would be very disturbing indeed!![]()
Here for all: https://forum.pornbox.com
A lot of bad has already happened on pornbox last month, like Gonzo production, NRX and EKS production and also release stop.![]()
Must be temporary and direct link back soon!

If the problem is there are some trolls or bad behaviours for some specific users, you have 3 (4) options:
1 - Do a good job and ban them for a while or forever.
2 - Make the forum for only available for members with membership active or member who spend money regularly, in that way the filter of users will be quite high, at least only who support the site will comment.
3 - Give a different colour name for those who really pay for the porn, in this way everyone will know who are them who pay or not.
4 - The easy way, remove the button of the interface and cross the fingers.

First at all,
My 4 points were 4 options, not neccessary apply all them.
My point was "suggest" some ways to moderate the forum, if they really removed the "Discussion" button from PB for that purporse.
You and i have been here for years, and we know that they changes things without any warning.
If they have some problems because some people talk shit, then they should ban them or at least warning them, that means moderate the forum properly.
Be a free forum have their pros and cons. AS pinneapple said in other thread, this situation is not the usual thing in other porn sites, the member area (forum) is for who pays.
Your development of the current situation in europe about some specific topics is interesting but i don't think AV/LP removed the button for that reasons, i have been reading during years how some people use the gay word in a pejorative way, how for having some porn tastes some people calls you homosexual/gay in a pejorative way, how some people are quite misogynistic and how some people trends to insult other users.
I would dare to say that never someone was banned for that or got a warning, the only cases i remember is for users who clearly were spammers, the lack of moderation during these years is clear
i would like give my opinion and develop an extense anwser about the free speech that you put here but i consider this is not the topic to do it

credits cards ive heard disabled xvideos red for some time, made PH delete 10 million videos, and made tons of other websites suppress a lot too, pixiv has suppressed a lot of artists because of credit cards forcing them to
credit cards are a cancer towards porn

I got an interesting take for you on this.
I don't want it anymore.
But there are 6 - 8 'adversaries' & 'friends' I'd love to connect with & keep in touch with were it to go.
I think that's kind of a nice tribute to this forum & all it has given us.
