I am pretty sure a lot of other people have this problem but if they're like me they can't log in to complain.

I have an old account which has 2k+ paid videos in my library. The account has a USERNAME, (bimbo4ever) which is NOT an email address.

I don't have access to the email address anymore, but there seems to be no way to update the email address associated with the account.

I've tried to use the support desk, it just asks me to log in with my email.

So I try to log into my account on a new laptop. It says "PLEASE USE GOOGLE AUTH"

WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?

I DON'T HAVE GOOGLE AUTH! I NEVER SET UP GOOLGE AUTH!!! AND I DONT WANT ALL MY PORN VIEWING HABITS ON GOOGLE! YOU MORONS!!!

SO now, I can't log in, even with the right password to an account I paid PROBABLY THOUSANDS OF DOLLLARS FOR over ten years or so.

PLEASE ADMINS, FIX THIS GOOGLE AUTH BULLSHIT!!!

Google Auth is just a second hand authorization site used for two step security. They only send out a synched code every 30 seconds or so that is linked to your account, just enter the 6 digit number and you are in. There are a lot of sites that only send out information if done through an auth site.

This implies that I had actually set up google auth on my account, which I haven't, and won't.

Don't ask such things here, the support here is dead. Use the support chat for that. They help within a few days.

Starting to wonder about that though, there's a video that's been unable to watch or download since it came out, on the 10th, support is radio silent.
