DVP was never part of this deal, also not in early 2000.
Also it was never really exponential, it was just so at the vaginal>anal step, but later payment curve flattened out already after 2004.

I think that nowadays some studios like AGO and EKS are looking in particular for models who will perform DVP because it is sort of standard for them now. So it is already sort of included in their general rate.
How is the situation for TVP? is there no extra payment for it also?
