Why does this keep coming up? I just bought a new Elina sanz video, went to download, and got a code and message saying video not found. So I did what anyone would do, refreshed and tried again. Same message, but a new code. What???? How can there be different codes for the same issue?

Screenshot shows it's there, and paid for.

Now gone altogether. But my tickets are still missing. So does this mean it's a vid that wasn't supposed to be released now, and I'll have access to it when it does become available?
