In terms of full movies I remember back in 2008 and 2009 a lot of Czech Republic and European porn stars were hired to do full feature films. I remember seeing full movies with Mili Jay, Zuzana Zelesnovova, Claudia Rossi, etc., where they would make full 2 hour storylines with a script and all the scenery you expect from a full movie, drama and everything like Japanese porn. It was like watching a French movie, but with real anal. I wish I would remember the names of those movies now, but they would air them on cable TV in certain channels where they would put European movies at night.
Having seen my fair share of Gio scenes, it's unlikely that I would expect 2hrs porn "feature films" to be directed by him at this point. Still, if such productions as the Clockwork Gang series (2016) are proof of something, it's that you can put together hardcore sex with a consistent and sexy storyline. I insist - go check on those scenes if you have the time. There's dialogue, different locations, extras that are very much involved, competent lighting...and I highly doubt they had to break their bank account to accomplish that kind of work.

See what you just did here, my friend? Conceptualizing this series as "cosplay" porn (or expecting it to be) points towards significantly different directions/production logistics. Especially if we ponder the most basic form of cosplay: some person using a costume in their living room, while in front of a webcam, or while attending an event, in which case, the outfit alone will do. You won't expect your favourite streamer to spend money on a movie set just for their Dragon Ball costume to make sense fully, or will you? Yet, you need some elements to fuel the fantasy. Case in point: the idea of having the bride lying on a bed, as you have mentioned.
Only to summarize things up: it's not my belief that Gio is looking to make "cosplay porn", but gonzo porn w/scenarios and a bit of a storyline.

I don’t necessarily believe this kind of scene has to be that much costly, though they will almost certainly take more time than the average gonzo production. In my expertise, it’s mainly about a cleaver use of resources.
I would strongly urge you to check the Clockwork Gang series for a matter of reference.
