The reason I ask is at the end of the GIO483 scene her asshole is completely destroyed and swollen out of shape. Giorgio is surprised that she is still so enthusiastic. They talk about it briefly at the start of the scene as well when Charlotte tells Giorgio that her ass is his for 2 days.
