If you owned this site, your strategic direction would be?

One would be yesterday & today. In past couple of years I've subscribed to two other sites for retro reasons; asstraffic.com & teencoreclub.com, neither of whom let me down. But that's retro. Maybe best leaving them alone. They do what they do well, what it says on the tin.
Then there is current (& retro). If you leave America alone, & the great sites they have over there, I can only think of two European sites that offer a comparative agenda like LP | AV, those are 21st sextury & Evil Angel. I know nothing of the latter, but I was a member of the former, & it was a good deal.
I would break the company down not into smaller companies, like Erika Korti, Angelo Godshack etc, but on extremities. I would make the brand name more 'vanilla', & allow for the current stuff you go for, but also allow for far softer material, not everyone is into 'circus porn'... you need to remember that. I would have a division that allows for things as soft as a well figured lady just parading around a swimming pool, in a bikini, or climbing a stairwell, with the camera behind her capturing her every move. Some of us like to have things left to the imagination.
That's what I would do. Allow for all tastes, not pidgeon hole people into extreme stuff. I feel that LP | AV decided some time ago, to be 'shock troops', the extreme, the edge, the punks... but they should have said, we'll be summer for those who like summer, winter for those who like winter, spring for those who like spring, & autumn for those who like to see the melancholy leaves fall.
