xvideos is trying to sabotage me

xvideos have started to randomly slowly block my videos 1 by 1

they blocked a video of me masturbating in a couch, which is white collar & mild, theres no way that can be against the rules
blocked a video of me meditating naked also

they block the videos & tell me they need to be edited, but they dont tell me why are they blocked and how to even edit them
i contact the staff and they havent gave me an answer of why are they blocked and how to edit them, for more than a month

the thing is, ive been a paying premium red user for almost year and a half, i paid 169€, you dont ignore me as a paying member
i contacted the staff last year and they said they replied to me but i didnt received no answer ? they say 'the staff has replied to you' but no answer appears? ?

also they dont let me post my twatter in my profile, & my comments are ghosted (was ghosted as a premium red user)

in the description it says 'this video is currently blocked and requires to be edited'

if you say the video needs to be edited i assume it means the video not the description, since theres a button that says 'replace video'

1 they block the video and ask to be edited without clearly saying why
2 the staff takes tons of time to answer questions
