how much does it cost to make a studio & be a director?

If you want a quality, high end product...the answer is a lot of money. You also need to think about the recruitment of the right models to work for you (which is the most costly process).

If you are going for a top end, strong, good, end product of a porn scene....I would suggest that you are probably looking at close to 100,000+ USD for the first year of running a studio.
In my opinion, that is assuming you have experience in a lot of specific areas like financial control, marketing, advertising and the right contacts to actually make and shoot these videos/scenes.

How can someone give you a cost for a scene if you don't say what kind of scene. How many guys, how many girls, what sex acts? That all affects what you pay performers.

Plus, you would need to rent studio space, buy or rent video equipment, hire someone to do post production, you name it.

If you want to self produce cheaply, get a hot girl and a camera and upload amateur work. A full on professional scene with multiple performers is going to get you up to 10 grand all in.

of course, you could just order a custom from GG; you don't even have to pay the entire cost of the scene. You can probably get a custom scene for under 5 grand.

It might be between 0 dollar to hundreds thousands of USD dollar. Depending on what you want to produce, where you are producing ( country), and the cost of talents if you interested hiring them, the quality of the equipments (cameras, lights, computers, etc...) and the production crew and shooting location.

All will depend on what you want to produce.

You may ask Anna de Ville yourself, although I doubt she'l work for a no-name new studio.
Anyway, before LP started to shoot DAP I had tried to shoot some of them by external crews and from experience I can tell you its a hell of a snail pot if you are coming from outside and you will be bound to over-pay - unless you know the going rates for the places you are going to shoot in.
