I hope I'm not seen to be promoting another site in competition to LP | AV, but https://teencoreclub.com/ has all this. I was reluctant to join at first as they didn't use PayPal, but I've never had any problems.

I think Giorgio became involved when the TeenCoreClub network moved from Russia to Czech Republic, sometime around 2012. You can see him directing some of their later series like Brutal Invasion. All the earlier stuff seems to be directed by a guy who calls himself "Andrew". Absolute genius, IMO, I wish he was still producing. 100% agree that those early scenes had by far the best combination of hot girls, good direction and technical quality (especially makeup and lighting) EVER in the industry.

In 2019/2020 they revamped the website and (by accident, I think) released a bunch of extended versions where you can see some behind the scenes.
