I am wondering how you tolerate the music in trailers I honestly think its ok but its not my fav I heard some of you are really fans. Why do they add it anyway just to make trailers unique.

personally i hate it example is AGO trailers.

I Don't mind most of the AGO scenes but his trailers are awful, unwatchable to me.

Why not? You're not exactly missing out on much in the way of dialogue!

The music in the trailer gives intensivity, without music are too much void and doesn't look fine, for me are necessary, imagine watch a trailer of any movie without music, wouldn't be professional, in porn is similar.

true! I think this generic metal ruins the trailers. Dancefloor & Electronic music fits much better into porn trailers and make it much more enjoyable

Let's say that music should be a non-spoken communication tool, it should convey an extra emotion and give an idea of how the film will be the scene... If I put an identical trailer but with two different music changes the perceived feeling and the type of involvement ... Obviously the trailer should not be done in a deceptive way as I have often seen do with ultra fast trash metal music and then when you buy the scene is boring and the actors fuck like robot and in DAPs position the fucking is slowly!

Another thing I could add is that not all music fits every scene... If I want to show you an honest trailer of the scene I will put the right music to convey the right atmosphere... As a producer I would never put metal music on a romantic scene and edit the ultra fast video to make the romantic scene seem extreme. Lol

Adds to the feel, and atmosphere of the porn scene...also helps the sales.

This could be another indicator of your levels of testosterone, metal for high testosterone guys, and pop for soy boys. Personally I don't mind it either way, soy boys have some very good music too.

In fact, I can side with the soy boys here because it is nice when the video starts and the girl starts dancing in a any way. Girls dancing has always been a stupidly effective way to make girls overpowered because it is hard to resist those hips moving to a beat.
