Since we established with what Angelo said that the 35% price increase in tickets doesn't benefit the studios, just PornBox.

That it actually affects them because now they have to lower their price to sell the same video for the price it used to have in tickets before.

And after XXX said he won't increase the amount of tickets you get with current packages to compensate the 35% ticket inflation.

We should at least see that extra money from users bringing investment to the platform. Actually making it better.

I propose some major fixes:

1. That videos don't get frozen on playback when you pause them.

As of right now if you are on full screen mode and you are some minutes into the video, and you pause the video, the video will freeze, and you will have to manually refresh the page and forward the video yourself to comeback to the moment you paused the video. Fixing this will make the experience much better.

2. Just like on most streaming services, it would be nice if PornBox would remember where you left off a video when you watched last time.

Instead it forgets, and you need to start the video from the beginning, remember where you were, then forward to there.

Which is obviously complicated to remember if you are trying to remember where you were on multiple videos.

3. Most people have smart displays in their homes, and on most streaming services you can send the video from the browser on your phone to your TV as long as you are in the same Wi-Fi.

Like in this image:



In most streaming services if you click that symbol you can send the video to your smart TV from the browser in your phone, and there is not even a need for an app.

That way you don't have the need to download the video, save it in a computer or multiple hard drives, then connect your computer with an HDMI cable to your TV, instead you can just send it directly from your phone by streaming it, which is the whole purpose of having PornBox, to stream the videos without having to download them.

This will be huge since most phones casting features are downright awful, images lose quality, sound loses quality, videos get cropped, so doing this instead would be so much better.

Even if only those three things get fixed, it would make the platform more valuable to users.

I don't think this has been established at all.

XXX has stated that if studios charge more tickets per scene then studios get the extra money per sale.

Of course, studios might make fewer sales at their higher prices and could get less money overall. We don't know, and apparently they don't seem to know either.

The requests for improvements to streaming services make some sense to me, but I never attempt to stream videos so I don't really have an opinion.

However, for those who do stream, wouldn't it make more sense to stream directly from your wi-fi to your smart TV and not bother with the smartphone at all?

The whole purpose of having PornBox is to stream so you don't have to download every single scene. That's why some people only buy scenes instead of having studio subscriptions.

The feature I'm describing is that. To stream using your Wi-Fi to your smart TV, whether is the phone, tablet, computer, it doesn't matter because you are streaming from the browser.

I even mentioned there is no need for an app since this is supposed to be built into the website already.

However that feature doesn't exist on PornBox. It is done through that logo I attached on the image I posted.

Multiple streaming services use it including Netflix, Spotify, Vimeo, YouTube, you name it.

It would make the PornBox model more valuable.

Right now the only way to do it is through casting or mirror screen which is a horrible way to do it because of the reasons I mentioned already in the original post.

Directly using your Wi-Fi to stream to your smart TV would be the superior way, so that's why I'm proposing that feature.

By the way, the name of the feature I'm requesting is called Chromecast, and it works on any browser including Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc..

I actually just realized you still need an app for that to work. So my bad.

It sucks because PornBox doesn't have an app on the Google Store. If PornBox wanted to invest in having an app, they would have done it years ago.

I know this was mentioned on the Roku thread that is many years old and that one has gone nowhere really.

It sucks because of how expensive videos are you would think this would have been done already.

A 4K Hollywood movie on VUDU are sold on sales as low as 5 bucks, way less than the videos sold here.

So the money is there, it is the willingness to do it what is lacking here.

You were warned not to continue to spread misinformation. You also read several official answers contradicting what you want so much to believe it seems.
