How Taboo is porn nowadays?
Maybe a poll can reveal how open we are to the subject.

Certainly not with you your just a piss head they can make trash but as long as pee is in you praise it as it's gold

Porn got more acceptet than in last decades, and many special interests are more and more standard.But discuss them with parents or closer related family members is still to much taboo.
Hapy to discuss it intensively with my wife, and a virtual male friend in all details.

Only my priest, and the local chief of police.

Why the hostility? We may have different preferences, that doesn't make us enemies. If you think about it, doesn't it make sense that you would find pee enthusiasts on this site?

To be honest, without no one outside of a porn forum.

Sometimes with my friends the conversation usually turns "hot", surely they watch porn sometimes too, but the porn references/concepts are mentioned with an ironic tone but never is something that one confess openly.

The taboo is still being there.

Before the PM system was removed, i used to have very friendly conversations about porn, including the discussions in the forum (My current way to talk about porn openly)

I am open about porn with my wife, but she has no interest in watching so there isn't really a dialogue. I guess everyone else watch porn too but it is not something which is discussed yet. Newspapers are starting to report the porn habits of Swedes, referencing Porn Hub annual statistics. It is quite obvious that the habit is common and my guess is that it will gradually become more accepted.

Porn has less of a taboo over the years, while I discuss with friends that I watch porn, not ashamed of it but to discuss particular scenes, fetishes, favorite porn stars only on this forum. So having said that, appreciate the discussion on here with everyone (when people stay polite and respectful). A lot of shared interests, things I'm not into that I learn about others fetishes is also fascinating.

Miss the PM option as well Once you connect with someone through porn as a starting point, it is pretty liberating since you know there will be no judgement since we are both into the same stuff more than likely.

I'm very agree with you.

To be in a porn forum immediately holds back the taboos, the anonimate behind a nick make the things more easy. To talk openly with a GF, or friend/s needs confident and be comfortable because its you and not a nick on a forum, your tastes can be judge and not be understand it, etc..

AS you said is easy talk about fetishes, scenes, girls and other porn tastes in the forum because you find people with similar tastes and is cool share and learn opinion of each other.

personally i find hard probable, at least, initiate and confess what kind of porn i watch to some close friend, is something very personal and the taboo makes me dont show this part of me .

@justin I really miss our conversations in private and with other users too but we have still the forum

Same, kind of. Have one close friend I can kind of talk to about it. He is gay so is much more open it. Funny thing he said one time is he likes gangbangs so I gave him a few LP videos and he said I don't care if that is a girl that is hot.

One thing I also do is with very close friends have been able to track down content they are interested in. They don't know it is because of how much porn I have seen or how to find content (like through IAFD or whatever) but the deal is we never talk about it and I don't judge.

I only have a few posts but read a lot of posts and think this is about the only place I could be direct and find fans of similar stuff. Glad I found it.

Interesting topic! For my husband and I we obviously talk/watch all that is this site regularly but besides that not much. Have talked to a few guys to possibly shoot content with about what we do/want and scares most of them away:/ Have made a connection with a few couples although they never got anywhere near the level we would like to be at sadly. Where are all the pervs at!

I talk about my porn interest with my wife, usually just before bed time. But usually, she has fallen asleep by the time I am 5-10 minutes in!
We are also very open and share our sexual desires, fetishes, discussions of particularly good performers/scenes etc...

All pervs are at home watching porn in anonymity. My understanding is that when people travel and are far from home they are more open to sexscapades.

I must say that to visit sex clubs and brothels in Asia can be fantastic. Watching the girls dance with a number on their skirts and then just asking the waiter for that number is a dream come true. I understand that many girls are abused but not every one. Many are quite satisfied.

That is what i'm talking about, for me is something very personal and i need a lot of confident with someone to talk openly about this things in person. Is not about talk with everyone about what porn i watch

I'm aware that my tastes can be to much for some people and not be the interest for them or be to much, i mean, is not easy say what things i watch.

Would be nice find someone to talk even if we dont share the same tastes, because between adult people talk about sex should be more open
