I think Modi closed down earlier than the UK but without any real planing. The point is nobody expected to be locked down without international air travel for this long. I am Indian living in Germany and per my info people from Indian( whether they are indian or not) can fly to Germany & France. I myself is planning to go India next month.

I think dap-addict meant Hinduism.....not Buddhism. But Goa is probably more Christian(Catholic) than the rest of India really.....
