Depends. Sometimes it suits the girl and their outfit/demeanour, sometimes not. Racking my brains to porn of yesteryear I seem to recall that Katy Caro and Liz Honey both fairly frequently had pigtails and it didn't detract from their strong, assertive style and also really suited them.

So I'm afraid I didn't vote on the binary "yes" or "no" because it isn't that simple. A "yes" in principle but a "no" to the kind of horrible cookie cutter type porn that they generally show up in.

I voted yes. I like it, especially on young girls, but of course this suits some better and worse others. I also love the cosplay with the girl calling the guy "daddy" and sucking a lolly as seen often in American porn, the series HookUpHotShot by Bryan Gozzling is a great example.
In general I like more variety, also in hair styles, with pigtails, braids, buns, ponytail and othe kinds of tied up hair. The new scene with gorgeous Flick Luchik is a good example of a nice and suitable hairstyle.

Also a no:

Just to name a few.

Teens should look like teens while they still are, and women older than that should not be made up to look like teens, that's just sad. There are enough actual teens active at any given moment to fill that niche, if they wouldn't constantly be styled with whore-paint and street-hooker clothes, suitable only for older models.

TLDR; Base the scene on the model and not the other way around.
