Nice topic! The Kate Rich photoset where the shoe is more visible from this scene GIO 1381 doesn't give us much to go on.
There's no brand or even size indication on the sole.
I learned though that the type of shoe when Googling it is called the black platform peep toe high heels and due to the ankle
strap it's called a sandal.

Anyway, many of these clothing of shoes will indeed be brandless and just cheaply produced stuff from China, Cambodia or some Third World Country.
Porn studios like those of Rocco, LP and many others often have a huge dress room that are stacked with garments and shoes, as seen in many BTS (I don't recall which ones), so obviously when you have a big collection, it won't be items costing hundreds of dollars, if that is what you would typically pay the girl.
Also, a lot of girls bring their own casual stuff which they wear. Tiny girls like Polly Petrova will often wear their own stuff, probably and simply because they will most likely not have clothing in her size.
