When we started Legalporno originally it was meant to be a general clip store, not just anal scenes. But it turned out to be an anal website so I feel a change of name was required. As for the general clip store, that's what PornBox is, and this name is much better for that.

I agree with you. I don't see any need to change the name: LEGALPORNO has become a solid, established notion and that new name sounds simply cheap and boring. And it's an anal fetishist saying this.

Yep, I liked Legal Porno because it sort of implied that that was not a given and that it was border line.

There is already AllAnal, True Anal etc...

But it seems like the decision is made and I am fine with that.

Well it's ok for me if you ask me, but I worried only for the part "Everything will stay the same" because leaves no room for improvement or evolution if it is able to happen.

Me, I can get accustomed to any brand name as long as content stays at least as good as it is now for my consumer needs.

You guys are really confused about what "LP" is. It's a store where you can buy scenes from several studios that don't even talk to each other. We don't control them, other than Gonzo. We don't even know what they are doing and discover their scenes just 1 to 3 days before you do.

I think it's a mistake to change the name from LegalPorno to AnalVids. Because anal porn is still a bit of a taboo compared to other kinds of porn.

A generic name like LegalPorno is like a brown bag that hides from non-porn-watchers the kind of porn you are watching. And this might be one of reasons why the LegalPorno website is popular.

You might not be embarrassed about having a LegalPorno link in your browser history and as a Favorite link. But when the link says AnalVids, then this is something you might want to hide from your wife and anybody else who might see it.

Watching porn has become more or less acceptable. But when people know that you are watching anal porn, then they might start looking at you as some kind of a sex pervert.

But if you are going to change the name anyway, then AnalVids isn't the best name either. Because it appears to exclude double-penetration. Which is commonly done in LegalPorno scenes. This name is too narrow and inaccurate in its meaning.

This name is also too mechanical, and it lacks human touch. Because women are the ones who attract anal porn-fans with their sexy buns. It's the women guys want to see in a good anal and DP. Porn-fans aren't just looking for generic anal sex. They are looking for hot sluts, who get nailed in their sexy butts. And that's what the name should portray in some way. So, AnalWhores or AnalSluts, or even AnallyYours would probably interest guys more than AnalVids.

AnalVids doesn't say anything about women. It could be a gay website. And this is a problem for a website that features anal women as its main attraction.

AnalVids sound very generic and uninspired.
We all get that LP is a platform for several unrelated studios to post anal videos but that's a bad underrepresentation of what this site is about.
You're not featuring just some regular anal videos, your studios produce the most intense and extreme anal videos, with double anal gangbangs, triple anal, 0% pussy, constant gaping, prolapse and lots of piss drinking.
Absolutely NONE of that is reflected in this new name.

As others have suggested how about AnalEmpire, or ExtremeAnal or UltimateAnal or HardcoreAnal or AnalFrenzy or PureAnal and so on - just something to reflect that this is a top-end hardcore niche site.

The Legal Porno name has value, I am not sure this was the best choice if you wanted to make a name change.

Legalporno was a brand, AnalVids is just generic and IMO not taken seriously.

You need a brand, a studio name for the site, not a generic name.

It seems that nobody likes that new name, but I think it does not matter at all: the decision is already taken and we have to get accustomed with it, even if it sounds so boring and generic.
