I don't know about the hottest in the world. The world is a pretty big place. Indeed, more than 99% of the earth's surface is covered in world (FACT!).
Personally (from experience) I find Italian women have something very special about them, equally so Russian women. And Greek women (though I know of no Greek pornstars or models, I think there is something magical about them, perhaps because I am very into classical Greek history, so I see Athena etc in them all).
They are not more beautiful than Latin-American women, but all equal to, in their own ways.
But taking the entire American continent North and South as a whole, I think that area (Colombia, Venezuela and neighbouring) is outstanding for producing exceptionally beautiful women, and definitely represents the best of all the Americas.
As for shooting with AV? It's one hell of a long haul. I think the Nteens can only make it work (financially viable) because they come as a group, shoot multiple scenes in rapid succession (which is hard on the performers, and stricly for professionals only), and they know they have a guaranteed paying audience for the results.
For a solo performer without a big reputation (and therefore not sell enough to cover costs), the logistics and financing may not make the trip worthwhile. And from Avs perspective the same logic applies.
Hopefully that is where Natasha and her growing studio system network can step in. The Latin American AV equivalent. Fingers crossed.

That far-right clown got kicked out of Venezuela for extremely good reason, and the country is a far better place for his continued (ideally permanent) absence.
His signing of the Charter of Madrid guarantees his status of 'persona non grata' indefinitely anyway.
Too many alleged crimes to list here and now, but the primary being his demanding the army or an outside government (no prizes for guessing which one) coup his own country (see his Spanish trial, 2017).
Then there are his comments that the army should 'throw lead' at (ie, shoot) Chavist supporters. Some dreamboat democrat!
That's a dangerous traitor and a threat to public safety by any rational measure. No self-respecting government (anywhere) concerned about public safety would tolerate that, and so he had to go. If he is bitter and twisted about that, too bad.
