The best BTS in my books would be those actions where the girl is begging to go easy because of pain. Many girls probably aren't comfortable with being filmed in their "private time". They're happy to shoot the scene they signed up for and that's it.
Call it professional, strict, or whatever. Linda Sweet and Syren de Mer are two girls who have loads of scenes, but not a single BTS. Maybe some girls don't work being filmed "off set".

Imagine someone asking you if it's okay to film you on your way home after work. You might think "Leave me alone, I get paid for being at work, not being followed on my way home."
It's also a mindset.
