I have followed the porn industry for a little while and I have noticed that LegalPorno never really gets a mention in a lot of the BIG Awards Shows I mean it does but not enough for the quality content being produced and when they do it tends to be because the female talent is American? Someone with more knowledge than me can maybe give me a reason why? I have seen a lot of the AVN & XBiz Awards nominees and YES some are worthy but a lot are not in my opinion. Is it because some people think LegalPorno is niche or too hardcore?

For example this year in the AVN Awards they are nominated for "Best New Imprint" which I think means something like New Comers lol I think LegalPorno are a bit more than the New Kids On The Block lol

Seriously anybody here thinks "awards" are reflecting actual situation in the industry? LMAO! Look at the nominees and results regardless of the name of the award. Even look at the Golden Globe nominations...ridiculous.

I had a dozen of membership in 2017 for check out other website and see if smt interesting come out (positions, scheme, etc), but at now I dont even have one.

Had a look through the nominations. The fact that the Tushy - Abigail exclusive series has so many nominations sums it up. I like Tushy and I subscribe to the site but that was the most overblown load of old crap for a long time.
Just because an actress has previously just done girl-girl doesn't mean the most average scene ever suddenly becomes a "new standard for anal sex scenes" as some members commented.

Hmmm...I deal with executive and corporate organisations a lot in my line of work.
I can tell you, very often the awards are gifted because someone made the highest financial donation, there are also perhaps political reasons for the outcome, or it is done to solidify an existing or create a new partnership. Also, sometimes an award is gifted to someone as leverage e.g. if they did not win the award, there could be incriminating/embarrassing evidence which would be released.

Very, very rarely is it done purely on a factual, realistic, meritocratic basis. I have seen it once or twice in several decades of work.

Why the fuck would you want this dumpster fire to win any awards???? Like already stated, awards are any & everything except what they "say" they are... Normally bought & paid for any awards from AVN/XRCO all they way the Oscars....
To win awards, you have to play "the game", which involves "shaking hands & kissing babies" as they say. Being a bit humble & sucking up a bit, types of behaviours I have NEVER EVER seen from the higher up's around here.
But what I would be concerned about would be any award would only to serve to further inflate the ego's of the overlords & continue to help justify further & nonstop price increases.....
No worries though, there is literally .00001% chance of any awards.... They've made no allies in the industry & not even seen as a "professional" operation....
