Please friend, anybody could explain me what exactly means "waka waka". I am spanish speaking and all I could find out is a no mean word of Shakira´s song.

Waka Waka was the official song for World CUp 2010 in South Africa
That's about it. It had an african theme obviously, and the LP scenes are with black guys, so that is about all there is to say.
Not racist unless you want to find a racial issue in everything.
