Weird yellowish artefacts appearing in videos

Have had this for a loooooong time. Can't say if every video has it, but enough for me to take real notice of it. Appears of faces arms or any part of skin I think.
Happens on mutiple windows installations. Always watch with MPC-HC/ or BE

And tbh kinda looks disgusting and a turn off.
Im not sure why this happens or if this only happens to me?
Some kind of technical error in the camera/recording?

Good to know it isn't just me. But really they should change it, it pops up way too often and looks disgusting and is distracting from the actual video....
