I think the suggest a scene has a delay problem.
Well, if by "suggest a scene", you guys actually want a draft, a design of a scene.
The way Gonzo appears to operate is like this: In secret, they hire a model to work for them for a week or so and film about 3 scenes with her,
then those scenes get released with a delay of up to 6 months if we are lucky,
and 1-2 years if we are unlucky. And we can get so unlucky it never gets released, like the Rosella Visconti TAP scene. (cough cough)
So by the time we are aware that XYZ model worked for LP, it's too late to suggest anything because,
we became aware she worked for LP by the leaked pictures on the forum of a finished scene from last week, or by the scene being released but,
our suggestions require time to pick up traction, meaning, enough upvotes for a director to notice the suggestion.
Which ultimately means, that suggestions arrive too late to the party because by then, said the model is already back home.
We also, don't know which other ladies are available at the same time, or which men were around.
Information that could be handy when designing a scene.
And those are the type of suggestions that have a chance to feel like they were listened to, because in theory,
we could see the suggested model in a scene doing things that were suggested.
I'm paraphrasing something that Giorgio said earlier,
which was along the lines that he is only willing to listen to the highest rated ideas.
But if you look at the most upvoted ideas, most have a model name in the title.
The highest rated ideas get the face of a model to carry the suggestion to the top,
So if we just design a template that any model could fill, it's probably not going to get high enough
to be noticed by a director.
Also if you think about it, if we go in detail, about the design of the scene, it's gonna be so much text
that most people willing to vote, are not gonna bother reading it and voting for it.
Also, XXX said they don't have enough time to read their own forum completely. haha.
Maybe it would just be simpler if they rebrand the feature to "suggest a model"?
