Well, yes.
I mean, if a guy doesn't it will be the first and last time he gets a rim job from that girl (unless it is some masochism thing where she is consenting to dirty assholes due to the degradation.
Porn guys would have girls saying no if they had a reputation of dirty assholes. So yeah, they gotta clean.

I would love to eat out some of the male actors in the scenes like Neeo, Thomas Lee, Max Born, George Lee, Chris Diamond, Lukas to name a few. The girls are icky when they do that to them!
