STOP BUYING SCENE UNTIL STREAMING IS FIXED

From reading the forum I don't believe I am alone in suffering from appalling streaming and downloading slow performance. It is impossible for me to watch or download a movie. I am not going to buy any more scenes until this is fixed or at least explained, I would urge others to also do the same , maybe this will get us at least a response from the site owner who seem to not give a toss about customers.

Excuse me, it's a shame, but if you're not a veteran member, they will not take you into account. I have the subscription a long time ago, I complained to support and not only that they answered me was that maybe I had not read a forum where they explain the problem and it is difficult but they are TRYING to solve it. Zero empathy and no courtesy for the inconvenience. Do not bother creating more forums. The response to non-veterans will be the same WAIT

Thanks azuniga992 for taking the time to give a response.

So if I understand correctly we just have to put up with their crap service. btw, I have read the post about the mirroring issue, I am a very experience engineer and I have to say it does not take so long to get that fixed if you are really TRYING.

I run a service provider company and frankly I don't expect my customers to excuse me for providing a poor service because I have made poor technical choices and cut costs which is exactly what has happened here by the sounds of their problem description.

Thanks also for the information about the veteran members, what a lot of rubbish that policy is also. A paying customer is a paying customer, anyway I don't really get the difference in these tiers of members . I have just checked my paid pornbox, I have bought 3966 videos over the last 4 years from these guys , that is a lot of business and money even if I am only classified as a member and not veteran member. Luckily for me I have downloaded all these scenes on hard disks so i don't rely on these jerks.

Thanks again azuniga992 for the response.

It's not difficult to solve but we need some time.

Now that I can understand, I can imagine it takes time to recover from the current situation, I do appreciate the response, at least I feel there is some effort and urgency to restore good quality of service. Thanks for the response. Would you consider posting regular updates to keep us all at peace while this gets sorted ?

There is really nothing to recover from, our numbers are the same as usual. But I'm not happy at all to sell slow downloads I can assure you.

I agree 100%. The only thing that will get their attention is no revenue. This has been going on for months.

Unrealistic that people will stop buying scenes, having said that, the download speeds have been at snail pace ever since I can remember, and only got worse when 1080p and 4k was implemented. I honestly don't see a HUGE difference between the 1080p and 4k clips, but I am not familiar as to what equipment is used to film, so maybe the equipment is the reason. (not trying to badmouth equipment, just theorizing.) From my experience, HDR is much more noticeable of an improvement than going from 1080p to 4k.Having both HDR and non HDR 4k sets, the HDR one is waaaay nicer, and it is not even close to true rec 2020 standard..

It may not come to the case, but apart from the difficulties to view or download scenes. Also is the fact that you are paying for an exclusive service as a legal client but not in tracker torrent you can download for free. What is the sense of paying and to give you a bad service

Some moderator can answer what is the sense of having to pay them and give a bad service of streaming and download, if you can get free and at high speeds

I'm gonna join the bandwagon for this one.

Took me 4.5 hours to download Emily Thorne 2 on 1 scene. The 3 Gb file. (download speed was 185 kb/s with 8 threads)
Good camera work, she looked fantastic but, the video was plagued with cuts every so often.

It's really hard to explain why I don't like movies that are butchered with too many cuts.
It's important for me to make sense of a movie, chronologically. This applies to all kind of movies, not just porn.

Putting so many cuts into a movie is the equivelant in porn to Hollywwod action movies with "shaky cam"
It's just terrible, please don't do it. :(

I like seeing the girls stand up, with their beautiful spanked asses, gaping holes and willingness to jump into the next position
or just keep enduring guy after guy after guy, is part of the marvel IMO, part of the experience. But all of that is being removed.

Examples of what's being removed in recent videos:

Image Image

Image Image

We don't want these parts removed :p
Also, seeing how the dicks penetrate the girls is pretty important as well.

Image

I add white frames to the end of some of my gifs to flash the viewer in order to mask the fact that the gif doesn't loop perfectly,
or to jump forward in time and keep the gif file size from being too big. But is not ideal. I would do it less often with a better file type other than gif.
It takes a lot of time to find that perfect spot in a movie where you can loop a few frames and make it look "good", make sense.
Most of the time, there is too much movement happening that ruins a good loop. The camera is swaying side to side,
the actors are moving their arms, the dicks don't penetrate the girls with enough synchronization etc, etc, thus I add a flash at the end.

Gifs like these are hard to do:
(although Giorgio's steady hands help a lot)

Image Image
Short and it loops smoothly. It doesn't appear "choppy"

But even if I add cuts, flashes to my gifs, It doesn't mean that I want to see those cuts to the movies. I do not.

Anyways, hopefully this feedback gets passed along to who ever edits the movies and also, XXX gives us a less vague response.
Because "I'm unhappy" and "it will get better, sometime" doesn't cut it :p

So meanwhile, I'm gonna stop buying scenes. Good day.

Latest update on streaming improvement is here: viewtopic.php?f=68&t=9483&p=133792#p133792 . I do kindly ask you all to move your discussion to dedicated thread and stop posting in new threads such as this.

I urge members struggling with the streaming problem to continue posting in this thread, as well as in the thread indicated by deu.

I you only post in the thread given by deu, your post will not appear under "active topics" as it will be in the Support directory, and very few people will see it. LP wants it to be "out of sight, out of mind." I think this problem needs to be front and centre until it is really solved.

Still can't watch a trailer at 1080p without the stream buffering annoyingly again and again.

LP's technical ability to deliver its product should never have been allowed to deteriorate to this degree. Either the technical staff are in over their heads or LP wasn't giving them enough resources to solve the problem. Either way it reflects very poorly on senior management: constantly putting out fires and pleading for more time when they should have been anticipating demand and staying ahead of the curve. Time for a change at the top.

If we wanted to be such cowardly sneaky, we would delete this thread or used any other means to shut you up. We dont do this, because we value your opinion and i agree that this needs to be heard, because you have the point. It simply impractical for me to follow up in more threads, so i will kindly ask you all to follow up in the one suggested: viewtopic.php?f=68&t=9483&start=1000. You are free to have an continuing vote and share opinions here, if you feel its necessary.

@ deu
I clearly urged members to post in BOTH threads. That way it is easy for you to follow the problems members are having, as you requested, and you won't have to check other threads.

This problem has been going on for FAR TOO LONG. Members pay good money for the tickets and then find out that they can't use them as advertised because neither streaming nor downloading works properly, meaning the tickets are pretty well useless. Money down the drain. Complete rip-off.

I agree with you, it has been too long but on our tech skills, pardon that, problem is more complex than you suggest and i have no means to fix that. But let me put straight, nobody will guarantee "properly" on streaming and downloading, we sell the goods and thats it, there is no rip-off because we do not deliver it to you "fast enough". You can argue 1000 times its not fast enough or not convenient enough, and we do listen to that and optimize, but thats not a reason to call this a rip-off, in no hell a way. We had dozens of similar examples, i.e. when Comcast has fucked Netflix and customers suffered because internet did not work fast enough to satisfy them, and in the end voice of customers helped to solve that. I do appreciate your further input and argument on this topic.

Well, your comment should serve as a WARNING to all people who are thinking of joining LP. You can go ahead and buy the tickets, but there's absolutely NO GUARANTEE that you will be able to stream the scenes you buy without the Flowplayer buffering over and over again, or that you will be able to download the scenes within a reasonable time.

What I don't understand is that I can stream and download scenes from other sites (e.g., PerfectGonzo, DDF) without any problems, but not from LP. Two days ago on DDF, I streamed one scene without any problems and then downloaded another one (1.5 GB in 12 minutes). How come I can do it from DDF, but not from LP? The technical performance of the two isn't even in the same league.

By the way, I thought DDF and LP were owned by the same company. (Correct me if I'm wrong about that.) Can't the tech staff at LP contact the people at DDF and ask for a few tips on how to solve your problems? You're not really competitors; there's very little product overlap, to be honest, so I don't see why they wouldn't share their tech know-how with you. Just a thought.

DDF may have a different location and infrastructure. If LP is based in CZ, I strongly urge you to visit Czech Republic sometimes :)
Having said that, you already complained about it, so now take a chill pill and give them some time. Instead of overreacting and adding fuel to the fire which is unproductive at this point, try to be a little more civil. :)

If you check European intrastructuce, there's really nothing to worry about when it's based in Czech. It's not country issue.
Anyway, is there any progress, xxx?

Things seem to be getting better on my end. Just downloaded the latest Dominica film in 1080 along with gallery and trailers and it took less than half an hour. A couple months ago it would have taken all night.
