I think tongue stud/piercing, nipple piercings, belly button/navel piercing, ear piercings, pussy piercings are all very hot.

Only one I'm not too fond of is the septum piercing, only few girls can pull it off and it still look better than without, think of it like bangs on a girl with her hair, doesn't look good at all, I love to see the forehead.
