Shots like these below are great. Even for a brief 20-30 seconds for a couple of times every scene. It gives a really nice overview of what's going on and it looks kinda artistic. A lot of directors outside LP do this.

If I were in control of the camera the wide takes would look similar to this in our screens:





Of course I would include close ups as well.

Agree Gonzo could do with more longshots. Giorgio seems to do them, if you like his scenes.

this is what i can think of in the moment. I enjoy gangbang / voyeur scenes that have far shots.
