But please consider it may be less hate but just practical reasons, bare feet are soft, heels may hurt Mike and other studs in some positions.

Still for me its part of their job and thus heels on for the girls please!

Heels are okay as part of the outfit and they clearly have to come off towards the end of the scene. No doubt about that.

Psychologically, the heels on remind us a rape.

100% agreed. I like Mike as a performer a lot, but he has to come over it for Christ sake! The heels belong to the outfit and just have to stay on for the whole scene.

Of course they are uncomfortable, but again you're right, it belongs to the job.
