Just wondering what agency LP uses to hire their models? I'm not interested in contacting them, I'd just like to see their bios and info sheets. I've always been interested in this kind of information. Similar to http://spieglergirls.com/html/main.html is what I'm looking for.

^I'll never understand this decision by Euro Agencies. The agency site is a quick area that fans can go to see models bio so they can beg porn studios to offer the models a contract. The agency just needs to create a public facing page that include accurate public info like:

stage name
weight
height
niche willing to do i.e anal, dp, dap, dpp
updated glamour pics
availability
search mechanism for niche or stage name

I don't get the secrecy. Even USA agencies show this information even though many USA models are not as sexually liberated as Euro models

It seems that studios are working with exclusive models agency. For example, Giorgio Grandi works mostly with The White Models Agency. But sometimes it can differ. I don't understand how it works in fact. Is there exclusive contracts ? Can you explain me, please ?

No exclusivity, rather Wild West.
Many of Giorgios girls are TWM girls as TWM is closely linked to Giorgio, but most of them are still no exclusively working for him.
Gonzo works a lot with UM, but also no exclusivity. Its rather supply and demand like in every industry. Ever more girls are also just indept via Tw and Fb.

The fact that TWM belongs to "my family" is really secondary. I would love to book models also from other agency, the true is that most of them spend more time to try stealing the girls to other entity that working on their own girls.

Thank you for your answer, Giorgio. It's clearest now. I hope you will work in near future also with other agencies to diversify your choice of models and to increase your production. I'm sure many girls would be ready to shoot with you and your team, even although they're not at TWM.

I stopped to act my "politic of respect" to other agencies. It is a simple answer to the fact that respect and honors are unknown "values" to those people.
They have to understand that "if you pray for rain, you gotta deal with the mud too".

If that's how they want to play? Then it's game on!
